Abstract:
An array substrate, used for forming a touch display screen, comprising: a base (10), a poly-silicon layer (60) disposed on the base (10), a dielectric layer (20) disposed on the poly-silicon layer (60) and the base (10), as well as a touch line (30), a connecting line (40), and a data line (80) sequentially arranged at intervals on the dielectric layer (20). A flat layer (50) covers the touch line (30), the connecting line (40), and the data line (80); a first through hole (301) and a second through hole (401) sequentially arranged at intervals are formed on the flat layer (50); the first through hole (301) directly faces and exposes the touch line (30), and the second through hole (401) directly faces and exposes a part of the connecting line (40); a source (703) and a drain (702) arranged at intervals in contact with the surface of a part of the poly-silicon layer (60) are formed in the dielectric layer (20); the drain (702) is connected to the connecting line (40); the source (703) is connected to the data line (80); the first through hole (301) and the second through hole (401) are completely staggered. The probability of uneven display of a touch display screen is reduced, and the yield of the product is improved.
