Abstract:
An array substrate used for forming a display panel, comprising a substrate (10), a thin film transistor (20) arranged on said substrate (10), and a flat layer (30) arranged on said substrate (10) and said thin film transistor (20). Said flat layer (30) is provided with a first through hole (301) exposing the drain electrode (201) of the thin film transistor (20). The surface of the flat layer (30) away from the substrate (10) is provided with a pixel electrode layer (40), which covers the first through hole (301) and makes contact with the drain electrode (201). Said pixel electrode layer (40) is covered with a photoresist layer (50), which fills the first through hole (301) covered by the pixel electrode layer (40). This array substrate addresses the problem of poor product quality due to height inconsistency.
