Abstract:
[Problem] To improve workability by improving visibility in the back of an opening portion and thereby making it easier for an operator to confirm an article, such as a container. [Solution] An article relaying device 100 attached to an outer wall 111 delimiting the outside and inside of a stocker 200 relays an article M between the interior of a facility and an operator. The article relaying device 100 is provided with: an opening portion 10 opening onto an operator passageway R on the outside of the outer wall; a placement base 20 which is disposed in the back in a depth direction D of the opening portion and on which an article is to be placed; a first cover 31 which is disposed above the opening portion and in front in the depth direction of the opening portion, and which forms a part of the outer wall; and a second cover 41 which is disposed between the first cover and the opening portion so as to form a part of the outer wall, and which has a shape extending toward the back in the depth direction with increasing proximity to the bottom.
