Abstract:
Artificial hair fibers which comprise synthetic resin fibers and one or more compounds that are selected from the group consisting of palmitic acid, a palmitic acid salt, glyceride palmitate, stearic acid, a stearic acid salt and glyceride stearate, said compounds being adhered to the synthetic resin fibers. With respect to the artificial hair fibers, the total content of the compounds is not less than 0.05 wt% but less than 0.15 wt% relative to the total amount of the artificial hair fibers.
