Abstract:
An artificial intelligence-based figurative trademark registration possibility determining, comprising: a receiving module used for receiving information about a figurative trademark to be registered; a confirmation module used for determining, according to the information about the figurative trademark, a classification group of a commodity or a service where the figurative trademark to be registered is located; a storage module used for storing all trademark information disclosed previously and examination information; a search module used for searching for previous figurative trademarks and related information thereof existing in the classification group of a database; a determining module used for determining, on the basis of image coincidence, whether the trademark to be registered is the same as or similar to the previous figurative trademarks one by one; and an output module used for generating a report and outputting same to a user terminal. By using an artificial intelligence algorithm to perform retrieval and analysis on a trademark to be registered, missing retrieval is not easy to occur, and the analysis result is relatively objective, so that the success rate of enterprise trademark registration can be greatly improved, the costs of the enterprise trademark registration can be reduced, and therefore, the device has a relatively high reference value.
