Abstract:
Disclosed is a product defect prediction system that is capable of predicting defective product manufacturing in advance in a die-casting process. According to the present invention, sensor data is generated through a sensor unit installed in a fixed mold, and a determination unit receives the sensor data and compares the sensor data with reference data to predict whether a defective product is manufactured in advance. Here, the determination unit may learn by itself, thereby further increasing the accuracy of determination.
