Abstract:
Disclosed are a health care device included in shoes that collects biometric information, and a biometric information collection method of the health care device. A health care device according to an embodiment may comprise: an insole sensor that is formed inside the insole of a shoe and collects biometric information from the feet of a user; a data transmission unit that is formed between the outsole and the midsole of the shoe, receives the biometric information collected by the insole sensor, and transmits the received biometric information to an external device; and a power supply unit that is formed between the outsole and the midsole of the shoe, generates power through energy harvesting according to movement of the user, and supplies the generated power to the insole sensor and the data transmission unit.
