Abstract:
An assembly jig, comprising a bearing platform (1), an adsorption assembly (2), a guide rail (3) and a pressing and covering assembly (4), wherein the bearing platform (1) is provided with a bearing area (101), a first limiting surface (102), a second limiting surface (103) and a plurality of adsorption holes (104); the adsorption assembly (2) communicates with the adsorption holes (104); the guide rail (3) is limited on the bearing platform (1); and the pressing and covering assembly (4) is limited on the guide rail (3). Components (10, 20), which are located in the bearing area (101), to be assembled, can be positioned by means of the first limiting surface (102) and the second limiting surface (103), and then adsorbed and fixed by means of the adsorption assembly (2). After the second component (20) covers the first component (10), the pressing and covering assembly (4) is prompted to slide along the guide rail (3) so as to carry out press fitting on the first component (10) and the second component (20) to achieve assembly. The assembly jig can improve the assembling efficiency and guarantee the yield of assembled products at the same time.
