Abstract:
The invention relates to an assembly for the optical-tactile measurement of the structure of an object (12), using a co-ordinate measuring device (10). Said device comprises a contact stylus (18) with a stylus extension that is elastic at least at its end, said extension ending in a stylus element that probes the object. To measure the structure of an object (12) with a high degree of precision and the required coverage, the optical sensor and the contact stylus are integrated into one unit or form a single entity.
