Abstract:
An assistance shoe for relieving freezing gait, the shoe comprising a sole (100) and an upper (200) fixed to the sole (100), wherein an insole is provided in a penetrating cavity formed by the sole (100) and the upper (200); and a freezing gait stimulation device (10) is provided between the sole (100) and the insole (300), and the freezing gait stimulation device (10) comprises a gait sensing module (12), a control module (11) and a vibration stimulation module (13). Motion sensory compensation is provided for a patient by means of externally providing vibration stimulation, which achieves the function of reconstructing the complete motion control loop and then actively guides the patient to walk to inhibit the formation of freezing gait of the patient;
the rhythm of walking of the patient is reestablished by means of activating the external vibration stimulation, and relatively continuous vibration stimulation can improve the state of the freezing gait; and long-term vibration stimulation can also massage the patient in order to relieve muscle tension.
