Abstract:
A reaming hole machining tool, comprising a handle part (100) which can be mounted onto a rotary machine, an axis (200) which extends in the longitudinal direction of the handle part (100), and a cutting part (310) which performs cutting and which comprises an end surface in a feeding direction. In an axial direction located from an end surface in the feeding direction of reaming hole machining of the tool to the handle part (100), the cutting part (310), a leading calibration part (320) and a calibration part (330) are sequentially arranged, and two ends of the leading calibration part (320) in the axial direction are connected to the cutting part (310) and the calibration part (330) respectively. A calibration intersecting line formed by a peripheral side wall of the leading calibration part (320) on a radial surface is inclined to the axis (200), and intersecting angle being less than 90°. The reaming hole machining tool is used for reaming holes, particularly for reaming holes that are formed in metal materials. Feed lines on hole walls are reduced or eliminated, the hole walls are smooth, roughness reaches below Ra0.5, and the hole walls are bright and are a uniform silvery white color.
