Abstract:
An atomization core structural member and a preparation method therefor. The atomization core structural member comprises the following raw materials in parts by mass: 30-50 parts of main material, 5-20 parts of low-melting-point glass powder, 0-20 parts of carbon fiber, 0-20 parts of graphene, 0-30 parts of additive, and 0-10 parts of binder. At least one of the carbon fiber, the graphene, and the additive is not zero. The main material comprises at least one of aluminum oxide, bauxite, corundum. An aluminum dihydrogen phosphate solution in a mass fraction of 90% is selected as the additive. Compared to existing silicone structural members, the atomization core structural member has micropores and higher strength, can effectively prevent oil leakage and dry heating upon atomization of an atomization core, can also play a role of protecting a cotton core installed inside the structural member, is easy to prepare, has low cost, and is easy to mold.
