An audio guidance device (1) includes: a plurality of speakers (20) arranged in a passage in a building; a speaker information storage unit (18) containing information on a delay time to cause the Haas effect between adjacent speakers (20) for each of the groups speakers divided according to the location where the speakers are arranged; an input unit (12) for receiving an input of a guidance route to an exit of the building by specifying the continuous groups; a control delay time calculation unit (14) for calculating a control delay time for controlling each of the speaker outputs in the groups specified as a guidance route according to the delay time from the exit to the adjacent group and the delay time stored in the speaker information storage unit (18); and a delay element (26) for controlling the output of the respective speakers (20) according to the control delay time calculated by the control delay time calculation unit (14). This enables audio guidance in the passage and the like in a building.
