Abstract:
Disclosed in the present application are an audio playing method and a related apparatus. An electronic device comprises one or more sound production units, the one or more sound production units comprising one or more second portion side sound production units and one or more first portion side sound production units. When a sound effect mode of the electronic device is a first mode, the electronic device may receive an input for playing designated audio, and process, in response to the input and on the basis of the first mode, audio data (also referred to as sound source data) of the designated audio of the electronic device, so as to obtain audio data corresponding to the plurality of sound production units of the electronic device. The plurality of sound production units of the electronic device simultaneously play the corresponding audio data. In this way, an electronic device can play a first audio by cooperatively using a first portion side sound production unit and a second portion side sound production unit, thereby improving the sense of ambience of the sound field of the electronic device and the sense of immersion thereof, and enhancing an audio playing effect.
