Abstract:
An automated column chromatography device for solid-phase extraction, the device comprising: a base (1), sliding rods (11) being respectively provided on two sides of the base (1); a pressing plate (2), which is sleeved on the sliding rods (11) and slides up and down relative to the sliding rods (11); and an actuating element (3), which is arranged on the base (1) and located below the pressing plate (2), wherein a push rod (31) of the actuating element (3) is connected to the pressing plate (2) to drive the pressing plate (2) to move up and down. During use, the actuating element (3) is activated to drive the pressing plate (2) to press downwards, thereby simultaneously pressing a batch of extraction columns (7) located on the base (1) into sample tubes (6), such that manpower is saved on, and the extraction efficiency is improved; moreover, the column chromatography speed is more uniform, and better reproducibility is achieved.
