Abstract:
An automated high-precision cut-off device and method for a paper-faced gypsum board. The device comprises a motion controller (1), a double-shaft electric motor module (2), a servo motor module (3) and a cutter structure (4), wherein the motion controller (1) is electrically connected to the double-shaft electric motor module (2), the double-shaft electric motor module (2) is electrically connected to the servo motor module (3), and the servo motor module (3) is in control connection with the cutter structure (4). In the device, upper and lower cutters are used to carry out bidirectional cutting, electronic gear synchronization is carried out between the upper cutter (401) and the lower cutter (402), and the electronic gears have independent axes, such that an intermediate link is omitted. Mechanical loss does not need to be considered, stepless speed adjustment can be achieved by means of software, the transmission flexibility is good, the control precision is high, and no mechanical backlash will occur. Electronic cam synchronization is carried out between the cutters and a main line of a production line, such that a control mode is short in terms of response time, and the machining difficulty is low.
