Abstract:
An automatic cutting and drying integrated device for a gypsum plasterboard, comprising a splitting machine (1), a single board feeding mechanism (2), a single board microwave drying machine (3), an additive overturning and conveying mechanism (4), a multi-board feeding mechanism (5), and a multi-board drying machine (6), wherein the conveying direction of the additive overturning and conveying mechanism (4) is perpendicular to the discharging direction of the single board microwave drying machine (3). According to the device, the conveying and drying process of a single gypsum board is gradually adjusted into the conveying and drying work of multiple gypsum boards by means of conveying and overturning, thereby increasing the number of dried gypsum boards within the same batch, and increasing the conveying and drying efficiency of the gypsum boards by at least two times while guaranteeing the drying effect. By means of the additive overturning and conveying mechanism (4), the conveying direction of the gypsum boards is adjusted from the length direction to the width direction before the gypsum boards enter the overturning operation, thereby reducing the overturning space that needs to be reserved for an overturning part, shortening the time of conveying the gypsum boards, and saving certain machine manufacturing costs, and improving the conveying efficiency of the gypsum boards.
