Abstract:
An automated pile driver for vertical piles, comprising a base unit (1). An upper cylinder body is fixedly installed at the bottom end of the base unit (1). An upper cylinder body clamping plate (2) is fixedly connected to a side surface of the upper cylinder body. A surface of the upper cylinder body clamping plate (2) is in threaded connection to a plurality of side mounting plates (3). The inner walls of the side mounting plates (3) are in threaded connection to lower cylinder body clamping plates (4). A surface of each lower cylinder body clamping plate (4) is fixedly connected to a lower cylinder body. Two outer side surfaces of the side mounting plates (3) are fixedly connected to oil cylinder connection side plates (5). An oil cylinder (6) is fixedly installed on a surface of each oil cylinder connection side plate (5). An output end of the lower cylinder body is in driving connection to a hammer ram (7). An output end of each oil cylinder (6) is in driving connection to a circular arc gripper (8). The automated pile driver for vertical piles may adapt to various working conditions, and may achieve easy and convenient replacement, thus saving cost. During work, a driver in a cab can achieve an automated operation and there is no need to move and stand vertical piles by manpower. Thus, no additional workers are required to stand vertical piles, thereby avoiding waste of manpower resources and reducing labor costs.
