Abstract:
An automated work station for a drill bit flame spray welding hardfacing process used for an oil well drilling device, and a work method therefor, said work station is able to implement completely automated production with respect to an oil well drilling device drill bit flame spray welding hardfacing process, and welding torch orientation and movement speed stability are achieved; also, a detection auxiliary unit (80) can guarantee that spray welding process conditions are stable and controllable, especially spray welding layer height and workpiece temperature, thereby effectively ensuring spray welding quality and consistency of a workpiece.
