An auxiliary apparatus for multi-station automatic high-temperature spray welding equipment and an auxiliary method for the auxiliary apparatus. The auxiliary apparatus for the multi-station automatic high-temperature spray welding equipment comprises three welding stations uniformly distributed on a circular rotary table (1), which can satisfy welding requirements of three different types and different shapes of workpieces, comprises a workpiece positioning mechanism (22) which can also accurately position the workpiece even if the workpiece is a special-shaped workpiece and has an irregular surface shape; and comprises a shielding and pressing mechanism (21) to limit the range of spray welding, so that a spray welding material can accurately cover an area, on which spray welding needs to be performed, on the surface of the workpiece, and further comprises a water circulation cooling system, which can effectively cool the shielding and pressing mechanism (21) and protect the shielding and pressing mechanism (21) from being damaged by a high temperature.
