Abstract:
An automatic adhesive injection device for an outer seal ring of a power battery end cap comprises a workbench (4), an electric cabinet (10), a vibration member (1), an adhesive injection track (3), an adhesive container (9), an adhesive injection pneumatic liquid suction/discharge pump (8), an adhesive injection needle (7), an adhesive supply device, a rotation-limiting device, a rotation driving device, and a material receiving member (25). The vibration member (1), the adhesive injection track (3), the adhesive container (9), and the adhesive injection pneumatic liquid suction/discharge pump (8) are provided at the workbench (4). The vibration member (1) is connected to one end of the adhesive injection track (3) to feed an outer seal ring (2). The other end of the adhesive injection track (3) is provided with the adhesive supply device thereunder. Two sides of the other end of the adhesive injection track (3) are respectively provided with the rotation-limiting device and the rotation driving device. The device has a compact structure and a high automation level, and can rapidly and steadily inject an adhesive into the outer seal ring (2).
