Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to realize an automatic analysis device with which, even during an analysis operation, preparation processing can be conducted on a reagent to be used in the measurement of an examination item having a high degree of urgency. As a configuration therefor, the following steps are provided: in a case where there is no parameter for an analysis item for a new reagent, such parameter is downloaded, and if the priority of reagent preparation processing is "high" then sample dispensing scheduling processing is temporarily stopped, and in a case where the priority is not "high", confirmation is made whether a waiting time limit is exceeded and if such time is exceeded, after sample dispensing scheduling processing is temporarily stopped, reagent preparation processing scheduling is performed and sample dispensing scheduling is resumed (steps 4-1 to 4-3, 4-5, 4-8 to 4-10); in a case where the waiting time limit is not exceeded and if the priority is "medium", confirmation is made whether a reagent preparation processing mechanism is free, and if the mechanism is free, scheduling of reagent preparation processing is conducted (steps 4-6, 4-7); and in a case where the mechanism for performing reagent preparation processing is being used, and in a case where the priority of the reagent is "low", the process returns to step 4-3.
