Abstract:
Ultrasonic waves emitted by piezoelectric elements (141, 142) are used to stir a sample, a reagent, etc., in a reactor container (132). A power supply (140) applies frequency-modulated voltage in any frequency range to the piezoelectric elements. An analyzer (130) measures an object containing reactants obtained from the stirred object, and carries out the analysis of the sample. In this manner, the stirrer can be easily adjusted, and accurate results of analysis can be obtained independently of the frequency characteristic of the ultrasonic source used for ultrasonic stirring.
