Abstract:
Disclosed is an automatic apparatus high in metal sheet cutting precision, the apparatus comprising a shell (1), a servo electric motor (2), a screw rod (3), a nut (4), a guide rod (5), a guide ring (6), a flat plate (7), a lifting cylinder (8), a top plate (9), a sliding rail (10), a sliding block (11), a cutter (12), an embedding positioning block (1201), a pressing cylinder (13), a pressing strip (14), a metal sheet (15), a buffer paperboard (16), a push plate (17), a push cylinder (18), a fixed seat (19), a positioning plate (20), a cutting groove (21) and an embedding groove (22). The apparatus can realize automatic cutting of a metal sheet, manual labor is only needed for taking down a sheet after same is cut, operation is simple, contact with the cutter is not needed, the safety is high, and during cutting, the position near the cutting groove can be compressed by means of two compression structures, such that the metal sheet at the cutting position is in close contact with the buffer paperboard for positioning; and also the buffer paperboard is used for buffering cutting, such that burrs at the cutting position can be reduced, and cutting is smooth.
