Abstract:
Provided is a mechanical maintenance automation platform easy to carry and transport, comprising a side block (1), a lying structure, and a support structure; wherein the lying structure comprises a plurality of sets of backing plates (7), the opposite ends of each set of two backing plates (7) are movably connected to each other, and the outer ends of each set of two backing plates (7) are movably installed at the corresponding positions in strip grooves (6) on the same side, and the surfaces of the backing plates (7) are adhesively wrapped with sponge sheets (12); the support structure comprises a jack (5) and a roller (3), one side of the jack (5) in the middle of the toroidal surface is rotatably connected with a rectangular sliding block (10) on the same side through two rotating shafts (11), and the rectangular sliding block (10) is slidably connected in the corresponding connecting strip groove (9); the connecting strip groove (9) is formed in the middle position of the two side walls in a rectangular strip hole (4); and the roller (3) is rotatably mounted in a side frame (2). The automatic platform forms an operation table capable of lying flat, and is moved to the bottom of a vehicle through the roller, so that a maintenance personnel can lie down and look up to operate conveniently; by vertically placing the four jacks distributed in a matrix, the bottom of the vehicle can be lifted upwards, the field of view of the operation is enlarged, and the corresponding parts can be disassembled and replaced conveniently.
