Abstract:
An automatic cleaning horizontal film (fabric) sedimentation tank, comprising: film rolling device for horizontal conveying of sludge, parallel vertical spacers (5) in the water flow direction having a flow stabilizing function, and scrapers (6) having self-cleaning and sludge removal functions. Two zones are formed in the sedimentation tank. The horizontal film (fabric) (2) and the vertical spacers (5) are located in the mud-water separation zone. The sedimentation surface is a horizontal plane, and the areas between the outer side of both ends of roller shafts and the pool wall, i.e., the areas where the scrapers (6) are located, are secondary sludge sedimentation zones. By controlling the translation speed of the horizontal film (fabric) (2), the purposes of controlling the amount of sludge on the film and further controlling the moving speed and state of the sludge are achieved.
