An automatic closing door hinge, an automatic closing door mechanism, and the hinge of the automatic closing door mechanism allowing a smooth door opening operation and a smooth door closing operation while absorbing a shock; the automatic closing door mechanism, comprising a piston fitted into a tubular cylinder provided, for example, in one of a pair of slats, an operation rod having an upper part fixed to the other slat engaged with the piston, and a hinge interlocked to the rotating motion of the other slat through the operation rod for moving the piston forward and backward, wherein the piston is engaged with the operation rod by a cam formed on the piston and an engagement part movable in a cam formed on the operation rod, spherical bodies are disposed in a recessed part formed in the outer surface of the piston, and the spherical bodies are rolled along the recessed groove formed longitudinally in the inside wall of the cylinder, whereby the piston can be slidably moved in the cylinder and an impact caused when a door is closed can be absorbed by an air cushioning action in the cylinder by the returning operation of the piston.
