Abstract:
An automatic conveyance sliding platform mechanism comprises at least one conveyance unit. The conveyance unit comprises a sliding platform support frame (10), a slide rail (9) arranged on the sliding platform support frame (10), and a first sliding platform reciprocating along the slide rail (9). Multiple profile modeling support blocks (7) and at least two fixed cylinders (6) are arranged on the first sliding platform. An upper end surface of each profile modeling support block (7) is provided with a profile modeling cavity. All of the profile modeling cavities form an accommodation cavity. A fixed block is arranged on an operation end of each fixed cylinder (6). A first driving source for driving the first sliding platform to reciprocate along the slide rail (9) is arranged on the sliding platform support frame (10). The automatic conveyance sliding platform mechanism improves product conveyance efficiency and enables automation to replace manual labor. A snap-fit sensor (11) solves the quality problem of missing snap-fits. The invention improves production capacity, improves core competitiveness of the automation technology of a company, and helps maintain market position.
