Abstract:
An automatic deep fryer residue cleaning device, which relates to the field of food processing devices. The cleaning device comprises a frame (1); a fryer body (2) is arranged on the frame (1); a frying basket (3) is rotatably connected to the frame (1); a residue cleaning mechanism (6) is arranged below the frying basket (3); the residue cleaning mechanism (6) comprises a central flow guide plate (61) arranged below the frying basket (3); the central flow guide plate (61) is horn-shaped; a flow passage channel is formed between a bottom edge of the central flow guide plate (61) and a side wall of the fryer body (2); an annular flow guide plate (63) is fixedly connected on a side wall of the fryer body (2); a bottom edge of the annular flow guide plate (63) is located above the central flow guide plate (61); and a flow return mechanism (7) is arranged at the top of the central flow guide plate (61); under the action of the central flow guide plate (61) and the annular flow guide plate (63), residue in cooking oil can be gathered below the central flow guide plate (61) and settle at the bottom of the fryer body (2), and then a supernatant liquid flows back to the frying basket (3) via the flow return mechanism (7). The cooking oil continuously circulates by means of the residue cleaning mechanism (6), cooking oil residue can be continuously separated out, black oil is prevented from being produced, and the use life of cooking oil is prolonged.
