Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of crayfish processing. Disclosed is a cooking fume extraction system for a crayfish deep-frying system. The cooking fume extraction system comprises: a cooker hood being of a cover shape with a downward-facing opening, and a cooking fume discharge pipe communicating with the top of the cooker hood, a connecting portion being vertically arranged at the bottom of the cooker hood, and the top of the connecting portion being connected to the bottom of the cooker hood in a matching manner; an annular bearing ring, an annular oil-containing tank being vertically formed in the middle of the top end of the bearing ring, the bottom of the connecting portion being located in an inner cavity of the oil-containing tank, and a set interval being formed between the connecting portion and an inner wall of the oil-containing tank, and the bearing ring being detachably connected to the connecting portion; and an oil discharge pipe, the top of the oil discharge pipe communicating with the bottom of the oil-containing tank. The present invention achieves the effect of convenient cleaning.
