Abstract:
An automatic FPC pressure bonding detector, belonging to the technical field of FPC pressure bonding. A first pressure bonding mechanism (10), a second pressure bonding mechanism (11) and a third pressure bonding mechanism (12), in linkage connection with one another, are respectively disposed above three receiving and carrying stations of a module carrier (4), a power assembly (3) then outputs pressure bonding power to drive a linkage action of the first pressure bonding mechanism (10), the second pressure bonding mechanism (11) and the third pressure bonding mechanism (12) so as to press down on a burning region of an FPC to bond with transmission probes fixed on three limiting plates (21, 22, 23) of a probe limiting plate (2) in a limited manner, and burning information of the burning region of the FPC is then transmitted to a detection probe by means of the transmission probes for detection, thus achieving the technical effects of automatic pressure bonding detection of the FPC, and the improvement in the pressure bonding detection efficiency and detection accuracy.
