Abstract:
Provided is an automatic Holboellia latifolia peel and pulp separating machine. The cooperation between a pressing roller set (9) and a scraping plate (11) is used for realizing the pressing separation of Holboellia latifolia peel and pulp; a table-shaped rack (14) is formed by fixedly connecting a horizontal table plate at an upper position and four table legs fixed below the horizontal table plate; a housing (2) surrounded by four rectangular plates that are fixedly connected in sequence from head to tail and are perpendicular to each other is fixedly connected outside the table-shaped rack (14), and peel outlets (13) are symmetrically formed in two side rectangular plates (22) of the housing (2); and a screen table (18) is mounted on the top of a pressing roller rack, a group of automatic pressing roller adjusting devices (6) are respectively arranged on both sides of the screen table (18), and a pressing roller mounting platform (5) is arranged above four of the automatic adjusting devices (6) via grooves provided below a frame. Firstly, a Holboellia latifolia is cut into two halves by means of a halving paired-cutter device (4), pulp and seeds fall into a pulp and seed box (12) under the extrusion and backward conveying effects of pressing rollers (91), Holboellia latifolia peel slides out from the peel outlets (13), and the peel and pulp separation of Holboellia latifolia is thus realized. The machine is reasonable in structural design and stable and reliable in operation.
