Abstract:
An automatic loading pipe bending machine, comprising a first working platform (1) and a second working platform (2), wherein a feeding device (3) is arranged on the first working platform, a pressing device (4) is arranged above the feeding device, a sliding device (5) is arranged below the feeding device, a limiting device (6) is arranged at the joint of the first working platform and the second working platform, the limiting device is in detachable connection with the first working platform and the second working platform, a pipe bending frame (7) is arranged on the second working platform, a driving device (8) is arranged below the pipe bending frame, and the driving device is in transmission connection with the pipe bending frame by means of a rotating shaft (9). Further disclosed is a method of using the automatic loading pipe bending machine. The automatic loading pipe bending machine is simple to operate, and automatically feeds materials, saving labor force and increasing working efficiency and improving safety.
