Abstract:
A cold-pressing pipe bending processing device, comprising a pushing member (10), a pipe bending member (20) and a guide member (30), wherein the pushing member cooperates with the pipe bending member, and the guide member cooperates with the pipe bending member. The pipe bending member comprises a rotating disk (21), a rotating shaft (22) and an abutting plate (23), wherein the rotating shaft is arranged in the central axis of the rotating disk and cooperates with the rotating disk; and the abutting plate is arranged on one side of the rotating disk and cooperates with the rotating disk. The abutting plate comprises an arc-shaped plate (231), a connecting support (232), a movable shaft (233) and a telescopic rod (234), wherein the arc-shaped plate cooperates with the rotating disk; the connecting support is connected to the movable shaft and the arc-shaped plate; and the telescopic rod is connected to the movable shaft. The cold-pressing pipe bending processing device can process raw pipelines with different diameters, and the bending degrees of the arc-shaped plate and the pipe bending member are controlled by means of the movable shaft, such that the aim of expanding the application range of the processing device is achieved.
