Abstract:
Disclosed is an automatic refill-propelling off-axis pen, comprising a pen end portion (10), a pen barrel (20), a refill (60), and a braking assembly (30), wherein the refill (60) comprises a writing end (601) and an ink storage portion (603), and the ink storage portion (603) is provided with a refill off-axis portion (602) adjacent to the writing end (601); the pen barrel (20) is provided with a pen barrel off-axis portion (21), a holding portion (22) and a barrel body portion (23) sequentially arranged in an axial direction starting from the adjacent pen end portion (10); the pen end portion (10) is integrated with one end of the pen barrel off-axis portion (21); the two axes, X and Y, of the pen end portion (10) and the holding portion (22) form an included angle of 5 - 25 degrees; the braking assembly (30) comprises an elastic member (31), an operation portion (32) and a stopping portion (33); the stopping portion (33) comprises two position-limiting protrusions (302, 301) respectively arranged in the holding portion (22) of the pen barrel and the ink storage portion (603); the elastic member (31) is sheathed onto the refill (60) and held between the two position-limiting protrusions (302, 301); and the operation portion (32) can make the refill (60) protrude or retract, so that the pen is easily carried.
