Abstract:
Disclosed are an automatic registration printing machine and an automatic registration method, relating to the technical field of printing machines. The automatic registration printing machine comprises a printing assembly (4), an image acquisition device (5) and a control device connected to the image acquisition device (5), wherein the printing assembly (4) comprises a printing screen frame, a screen frame fixing device and a screen frame fine adjustment device, and the printing screen frame is arranged on the screen frame fixing device. The printing screen frame prints a mark pattern (12) on a platen (3), and when the platen (3) printed with the mark pattern (12) moves to a photographing range of the image acquisition device (5), the control device can obtain the offset between the mark pattern (12) and a reference pattern (11) according to the mark pattern (12) in a taken image and the reference pattern (11), and the screen frame fine adjustment device can quickly and accurately adjust the position of the printing screen frame according to the offset. The automatic registration printing machine and the automatic registration method are high in terms of registration precision.
