Abstract:
Provided is an automatic welding control system, comprising a controller, and a wire feeding control module, a swing control module and a power supply control module which are in communication connection with the controller, wherein the controller is used for sending a control signal to the wire feeding control module, the swing control module and the power supply control module; the wire feeding control module is used for controlling, according to the control signal, the wire feeding speed of a wire feeding electric motor connected to the wire feeding control module; the power supply control module is used for controlling, according to the control signal, a welding current of a welding gun connected to the power supply control module; and the swing control module is used for controlling, according to the control signal, a welding gun swing amplitude, welding gun swing speed and welding gun stay time of a swing electric motor connected to the swing control module. In addition, further provided is an automatic welding control method. Compared with the prior art, the automatic welding control method and system provided in the present invention avoid the situation in which a wire feeding movement cannot be synchronized with a current pulse, meet the requirements of a welding process, and realize high-quality automatic welding.
