Abstract:
The present application generally relates to the technical field of petroleum equipment. In particular, disclosed are an automatic snubbing operation device and an operation method therefor. The automatic snubbing operation device comprises a snubbing operation machine, a supporting platform, a tube-lifting mechanism, a tube-feeding mechanism, a first straightening mechanism, a second straightening mechanism and hydraulic pliers, wherein the snubbing operation machine is fixed to a wellhead; the supporting platform is arranged on the snubbing operation machine, and a transverse moving pulley is provided on the supporting platform in a sliding manner; the tube-lifting mechanism comprises a mast and a tube-lifting pulley; the tube-feeding mechanism is arranged on one side of the snubbing operation machine and is configured to convey an oil tube to the tube-lifting pulley or receive an oil tube, which is output by the tube-lifting pulley; the first straightening mechanism is arranged on the supporting platform and is configured to straighten the oil tube between the tube-lifting mechanism and the tube-feeding mechanism; and the second straightening mechanism is arranged on the transverse moving pulley, and comprises a straightening cylinder, a horn-shaped guide port being formed in an upper portion of the straightening cylinder. The automatic snubbing operation device improves the reliability of continuous running of an automatic snubbing operation.
