Disclosed are an automatic vending device and method for nail art treatment. The automatic vending device and method for nail art treatment, disclosed herein, involve: automatically and accuratly measuring the shape, size, and position of the nail using a nail recognition means; aligning the nail area to be treated with a design provided through the website or a mobile device or an image created by the consumer; and printing same by using UV ink that is harmless to the human body, thereby enabling users to enjoy the fun and beauty of nail art easily, quickly, and at a low cost.
