An automatic vertebroplasty apparatus and an orthopedic surgical robot system, wherein the automatic vertebroplasty apparatus comprises a bottom plate (35) and two surgical tools, i.e., a puncture unit (100) and a bone cement filling unit (400), provided on the bottom plate (35); the automatic vertebroplasty apparatus further comprises a linear feed unit (300) and a tool replacement unit (200) mounted on the bottom plate (35); the linear feed unit (300) carries the puncture unit (100) or the bone cement filling unit (400) to move forward to perform a puncture operation or an injection molding operation of bone cement, or to move backward to return to the tool replacement unit (200); the puncture unit (100) or the bone cement filling unit (400) is subjected to position replacement on the tool replacement unit (200) so as to leave or enter the linear feed unit (300). The automatic vertebroplasty apparatus and the orthopedic surgical robot are used in cooperation, such that intelligent automatic orthopedic surgical puncture and bone cement injection are implemented.
