Abstract:
Provided is an automatic wall calendar hook drawing-in system, comprising a controller, a binding machine (9) and a wall calendar hook forming machine. The wall calendar hook forming machine comprises a conveying mechanism (7). The conveying mechanism (7) comprises a guide plate (71) and an ejector pin (72) located at one end of the guide plate (71). After a wall calendar hook (8) slides to the upper end of the ejector pin (72) via the guide plate (71), the ejector pin (72) is ejected out. The binding machine (9) comprises a bearing platform, a movable opening plate (93), a press-fit plate (94) and a pushing plate (92). The pushing plate (92) is driven by a transmission mechanism to move up and down. An opening is provided at the bottom of the movable opening plate (93) to enable the ejector pin (72) to pass through. The movable opening plate (93) is detached from the bearing platform by means of a spring (932) supporting the bottom thereof. The pushing plate is pressed downward to move the movable opening plate (93) and the press-fit plate (94) downward, so as to press-fit a coil. The automatic wall calendar hook drawing-in system has a rational structure, and cooperatively uses the wall calendar hook forming machine, which has wall calendar hook forming and conveying functions, and the binding machine (9), so as to realize the automatic wall calendar hook drawing-in and press-fit with a high degree of automation, and thereby the cost for purchasing a plurality of devices is greatly reduced.
