Abstract:
An automatically closing mechanism of a core drilling rig, the mechanism comprising a flow channel blockage module, a decompression module and a central rod (6), wherein the flow channel blockage module is arranged in front of the decompression module, and the flow channel blockage module comprises a valve shell (1), a lock housing (2), a locking sleeve (3), a fixed ring (4), an outer cylinder (5) and a safety gear (51); the decompression module comprises a lock pin (82), a locking rod (81), a connecting pipe (72), a lock body (71) and a cutting plunger (9); decompression holes (7221) are provided at a pipe wall of the connecting pipe, and the lock body (71) is connected to the cutting plunger (9) by means of a shear pin; the flow channel blockage module is arranged behind a hydraulic motor, so as to block a fluid flow channel; and the decompression module pushes the cutting plunger by means of hydraulic back flushing, so that a decompression passage is opened. According to the automatically closing mechanism of a core drilling rig, a hydraulic passage can be automatically blocked when the drilling rig drills downwards to a certain depth, energy supply to the hydraulic motor is stopped, and the hydraulic pressure in the drilling rig is released.
