Abstract:
An automobile body design method according to the present invention is for designing an automobile body for which a plate-shaped component is attached to the surface of a body component forming a white body structure 100, thereby improving the vibration-damping properties of the white body structure 100, said design method including: a body component selection step S1, in which a body component sensitivity analysis with respect to vibration characteristics that is used in evaluating the vibration-damping properties of the white body structure 100 is carried out, and a body component to which the plate-shaped component is to be attached is selected; and a plate-shaped component optimization analysis step S3, in which an optimization analysis is carried out regarding the shape of the plate-shaped component attached to the selected body component.
