Abstract:

An automobile door lock noise testing apparatus, comprising a door simulation device (1), a thrust testing device (2), and a noise testing device (3). The door simulation device (1) comprises a stand (4), as well as a door frame (5) and a door body (6) provided on the stand (4); the upper and lower ends of the door frame (5) are provided with first rotation shaft holes; the upper and lower ends of the door body (6) are provided with first rotation shafts (11); the first rotation shafts (11) penetrate through the first rotation shaft holes; the door body (6) is provided in the door frame (5) by means of the first rotation shafts (11); the rotation shaft (11) protrudes out of the door frame (5) and is connected with a connection rod (12); the door frame (5) and the door body (6) are provided with corresponding door clock mounting positions (13), and a latch bracket is provided at the door lock mounting position; the thrust testing device (2) is a dynamometer, and comprises a pulling spring (14) and a connector (15); the pulling spring (14) is connected with the connector (15); the connector (15) is connected with the connection rod (12) by means of a second rotation shaft (16). The automobile door lock noise testing apparatus comprises the thrust testing device (2), and the thrust testing device (2) pushes the door body (6) to be closed, and thus, the noise level of a door lock can be tested on the premise of ensuring consistent thrust.
