An automobile door mounting method, comprising: moving, into a first set space, an automobile door (104) to be mounted, the center of the first set space being provided with an automobile body (106) to be mounted; performing visual measurement on said automobile body (106) and said automobile door (104) to determine a first positional relationship between a coordinate system of said automobile door and a coordinate system of said automobile body; obtaining a general deflection amount of a coordinate system of a standard automobile door before and after the standard automobile door is mounted, and determining a first movement trajectory of said automobile door (104) according to the general deflection amount and a relationship deviation amount between the first positional relationship and a set positional relationship; and moving said automobile door (104) according to the first movement trajectory so as to mount said automobile door (104) on said automobile body (106). Further disclosed are an automobile door mounting device, an industrial robot, and a storage medium. The artificial vision error can be eliminated by using said method.
