Abstract:
A radiative cooling fiber, a preparation method, and a use thereof. The preparation method for the radiative cooling fiber comprises the following steps: mixing inorganic micro-nano particles with a base material to obtain micro-nano particles and a substrate material spinning solution; and performing dry-wet spinning on the micro-nano particles and the substrate material spinning solution to obtain a radiative cooling fiber. The described preparation method allows the fiber to have good mechanical properties and high comfortability while having excellent radiative cooling performance, effectively reduces the degradation amount of polymers during the spinning process, and improves the overall performance of the fiber. The prepared radiative cooling fiber and fabric have high flexibility, which greatly enhances the comfort of the human body. Excellent radiative cooling effects are achieved by means of regulating the size and concentration of the micro-nano particles, and the fiber can be woven into a flexible fabric suitable for cooling the surface of human skin. The average emissivity of the flexible fabric in the wavelength range of 8-13 μm is greater than or equal to 0.9, and the average reflectivity in the sunlight wavelength range is greater than or equal to 0.9.
