Abstract:
An autonomous training method and system, the method comprising: acquiring movement state information of a distal joint on an uninjured side of a hemiplegic patient and an electromyographic signal of a key muscle on the distal joint (S110); controlling a distal joint on an injured side of the hemiplegic patient to do corresponding rehabilitation exercises according to the movement state information of the distal joint on the uninjured side and the electromyographic signal (S120); and controlling movement of a controlled object in a preset virtual scene according to the rehabilitation exercises (S130).
