Abstract:
Embodiments of the present invention provide a data processing method and apparatus, and a network management device. The method comprises: when a network management device does not detect, in a preset threshold time, performance data reported by a target base station and a link state between the network management device and the target base station is a link disconnected state, the network management device collects performance data according to a forwarding route between the network management device and the target base station. By means of the embodiments of the present invention, the problem in the related art of failure to report performance data by a base station when a link state between a network management device and the base station is a link disconnected state, thereby achieving the effect of monitoring the operation quality and state of the link-disconnected base station by operation and maintenance personnel by means of performance data on the network management device.
