Disclosed are an autonomous vehicle and a driving control system and method using same. The driving control method according to an embodiment of the present invention searches for a section occupied by a section-specific service provider, in a driving route to a destination, and determines whether a vehicle is a subscriber vehicle that is registered with respect to a section-specific service provided by the section-specific service provider. When driving in the section occupied by the section-specific service provider, the subscriber vehicle has priority regarding driving speed in comparison with a non-subscriber vehicle. One or more of an autonomous vehicle, a user terminal, and a server of the present invention may be linked to or combined with an artificial intelligence module, an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV), a robot, an augmented reality (AR) device, a virtual reality (VR) device, a 5G service-related device, etc.
