Abstract:
This awakening induction device (100) comprises a vibration device (110) (vibration unit) that vibrates and thereby applies a vibration stimulation to a user, and a control device (120) (vibration control unit) for controlling the vibration of the vibration device (110). The control device (120) controls the vibration of the vibration device (110) in a duty ratio range of 5-15% inclusive, the duty ratio representing the ratio of vibration time, for which the vibration device (110) is vibrating in order to apply a vibration stimulation, relative to the total of the vibration time and interval time, for which the vibration of the vibration device (110) is stopped.
